Here are NASA estimates based on reported sightings and reconstruction of earlier analysis of re-entry that the Skylab debris footprint extends from an area in the Indian Ocean at approximatley 86 degrees East and 48 Degrees South across a sparsely populated area of Australia to a point approximatley 10 degrees South and 145 East jusst off the northeast coast of Australia.
