ST Aerospace celebrates the inaugural flight of the first 767-300 Boeing Converted Freighter. The first Boeing 767-300 was converted from a passenger jet to a freighter at ST Aerospace's facility at Paya Lebar, Singapoer - ST Aviation Services Co. (SASCO). After a first flight of just over three hours on 9th April, the aeroplane departed from Paya Lebar on 10th April, flying nonstop to Seattle and completing the 14-hour, 51 minute flight at 10:13 a.m., the same day but 15 time zones away. The aircraft is painted in the livery of Japan-based ANA, the launch customer for the type, and the livery of ALLEX, a joint venture between ANA, Nippon Express and Kintestsu World Express.
