This Granville Gee Bee R-6H was powered by a single Pratt & Whitney 'Hornet' radial engine and was flown by pioneer US female pilot, Miss Jackie Cochrane, in the 1934 MacRobertson Air Race. This aircraft still exists today and is preserved in the Museio Francisco in Mexico.
