    Willie Walsh's reaction to the news on the BBC . Both will continue as separate brands and the deal is dependant on BA sorting out its pension problems...which you're right Ebeneezer could be a pretty huge stumbling block still.

    It seems like these meetings are coming close to a conclusion, apparently both companies are holding separate board meetings to discuss a "potential transaction" between the two sides . Either way it has boosted BA's shareprices today and that can only be a good thing with the losses they...
