Dassault sues Korea over F-X contest

Dassault has launched legal action in South Korea in an attempt to force the defence ministry to halt the second phase of its F-X fighter competition. The French manufacturer claims the evaluation is biased in favour of the Boeing F-15K, against which it is competing with the Rafale. The Eurofighter Typhoon and Sukhoi Su-35 have already been eliminated. The defence ministry rejects Dassault's allegations. The winner of the contest is due to be announced this month.
