The Macedonia government has issued a tender for a single VIP-configured business aircraft for government transport use. The aircraft will replace the Beechcraft King Air 200 turoboprop that crashed on 26 February killing eight people including president Boris Trajkovski. The deadline for replies is 21 October and the tender stipulates the aircraft should seat up to nine passengers and be equipped with the latest systems, including electronic flight instrumentation system and Mode S transponder and security systems.
