A fatal accident involving a corporate Cessna Citation 560 is under investigation by the US National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). The NTSB says the aircraft, owned by the Circuit City consumer electronics group, was on final approach at Pueblo airport, Colorado on 16 February when it crashed in a field, killing both pilots and all six passengers.

The Citation was on approach to runway 26R shortly after 09:15 local time in weather reported to be broken cloud at 900ft (275m) with overcast at 1,400ft, with the surface temperature 3¼C (37¼F) and dew point 5¼C. It was inbound from Richmond, Virginia, via Columbia, Missouri and had already been cleared to land when it crashed about 5km (2.7nm) from the runway end. The airport says there was no emergency call. Around ten minutes later another Citation, also owned by Circuit City, landed safely at Pueblo.
