Air New Zealand took delivery of the first of eight Rolls-Royce Trent-powered Boeing 777-200ERs in October, as it confirmed plans to double its 787 order to four. The initial 777 is the first of four that is being taken on lease from International Lease Finance. The airline is to take all eight 777s by the end of 2006.
