Russian loans for Cubana
Three Russian banks have agreed to lend Cubana $94 million, representing 85% of the price tag for two Ilyushin Il-96-300s. Cuba’s flag carrier plans to use these new 250-seat jets to replace two 30-year old Ilyushin Il-62s. The loan is organised by Roseximbank,which provides export credit.
