First SIA superjumbo set for Hamburg makeover

The first Airbus A380 customer aircraft (MSN003 for Singapore Airlines) is about to be ferried from Toulouse to Hamburg Finkenwerder in Germany to undergo cabin furnishing and painting. Once customisation is completed, MSN003 will return to Airbus’s Toulouse plant for customer acceptance flights, leading to delivery towards the end of the year. Finkenwerder will handle A380 deliveries to European and Middle East customers.
