Atlas firms 747-8 order
Altas Air has confirmed its firm order for 12 Boeing 747-8 Freighters. worth $3.4 billion at list prices. The US cargo carrier has also taken options and purchase rights for an additional 14 aircraft. Deliveries are scheduled to start in 2010.
