Flight TV: From the 2006 Crew Management Conference

Flight International hosted its Crew Management Conference last month in Brussels.

Items debated by the delegates included the possible European raising of the retirment age for pilots to 70 years; the need for flight dispatchers to have legal liability in Europe for flights after take-off; the trade-off between new airline business models and pilots fatigue; and whether pilots unions need to be recognised by low-cost carriers.
