This Northwest Airlines pilot does a great job of landing - at the second attempt - at Seattle as his Boeing 757 is buffeted by crosswinds.

Conditions at the airport were far from ideal - a contributor to Pprune has posted the weather reports from the time which show 40kt winds gusting to 60kt from the south-west.
Seattle's runway is 34/16, leaving the crew facing a very challenging approach towards the south.
