NetJets Aviation and NetJets Europe have signed a $500 million contract with Raytheon Aircraft to purchase another 48 of the company's Hawker 750 and 900XP business jets.
Derived from the Hawker 800-series aircraft, the 750 features a range of 3,890km (2,100nm) with four passengers while the 900XP, powered by Honeywell's new TFE731-50R engines, delivers more than 5,200km NBAA IFR range with six passengers. Deliveries for the 900XP will start this year and extend through 2012, and 700 deliveries will begin next year, through to 2011.
