Boeing's second 747-400 Large Cargo Freighter (LCF), RT632 has begun test flights after being rolled out of Evergreen's modification site at Chiang Kai Shek international airport in Taiwan.
Newly-painted in the Dreamlifter livery (pictured below), the aircraft will be one of three aircraft initially used to transport Boeing 787 parts to the final assemly line at Everett, Washington.
The first LCF, RT876, was expected to return to Boeing Field late last week from Edwards AFB, California, where it has been conducting certification flight test work. The aircraft recently completed runway performance tests as well as longitudinal and lateral stability work.
