A Jeju Air passenger aircraft skidded off the end of the runway at South Korea’s Busan airport 12 August, resulting in injuries to passengers and damage to the aircraft.
The Jeju Air Bombardier Dash 8 Q400 skidded off the runway yesterday at 09:37. According to airport officials, six passengers on board were injured.

The impact of the landing damaged one of the aircraft’s propellers. Local news sources say the airport was closed for 25-40min as a result.
Jeju Air is a domestic carrier that launched operations in June last year and was planning to have a fleet of five Q400s by November last year.
