PICTURES & VIDEO: Yantai airport workers push Shandong Airlines Bombardier CRJ 200 away from flooded runway

The runway at Yantai Airport in China's Shandong Province suffered surface flooding of up to 50cm on 12 August, which led to airport workers attempting to push a Shandong Airlines Bombardier CRJ200LR regional jet to safety.

Many areas of China have been hit by flash flooding during this year's unusually severe rainy season.
