VIDEO: One-Two-Go Boeing MD-82 survivor reports hearing 'banging noises' before crash
This video footage from news source Associated Press (AP) shows rescue teams hosing down the burning wreckage of the One-Two-Go Boeing MD-82 that crashed at Phuket airport yesterday (16 September).
The Director General of Thai Transport Authority said that visibility was "poor and the pilot attempted a go-around".
AP's report says that a survivor "knew the aircraft was in trouble before the flight landed because it was making a banging noise."
