Nationwide 737 loses engine on take-off but lands safely

A Nationwide Boeing 737-200 bound for Johannesburg shed its right-hand engine during take-off from Cape Town International airport on 7 November. The crew made a safe emergency landing at Cape Town. None of the 106 passengers and crew on board flight CE723 were injured.
