IAI's Bedek wins $170 million deal to support Israeli transports

Israel Aerospace Industries' Bedek Aviation Group has signed a nine and a half year contract with the Israeli defence ministry, under which the company will provide comprehensive maintenance services for the Israeli air force's Heavy Transport Aircraft Wing.

IAI estimates that the deal's value could reach $170 million over the life of the contract. Services will initially be provided at Bedek facilities and air force bases, but all maintenance will eventually be provided at the latter.
