PICTURES: Singapore Airlines' third Airbus A380 arrives
Singapore Airlines' third Rolls-Royce Trent 900-powered Airbus A380 (MSN006) was delivered on 11 March.
The aircraft (9V-SKC) is, like its sisters, configured with a 471-seat layout. The airline operates the type on the Singapore-Sydney route and will begin services to London Heathrow on 18 March, while services to Tokyo will commence on 20 May.
SIA is scheduled to take delivery of one more A380 before the next operators Emirates and Qantas receive their first aircraft later this year.
