Gregory Steiner will next month join Kaman as aerospace group president, from GE Aviation Systems.

Deloitte Consulting has promoted Tom Captain to vice-chairman and global leader of its aerospace and defence industry group. David Rokos has been appointed vice-president and treasurer at Rockwell Collins.

Brian Pope has been promoted to chief operating officer of Virgin Charter. Leo Malloy is the new president of Midwest Airlines subsidiary Skyway, succeeding the retired David Reeve.

Turbomecca has appointed as vice-presidents: Philippe Couteaux (airframers), Didier Desnoyer (operators), Eric Dalbies (chairman's office), Laurent Delange (quality), Philippe Larrauri (assembly and repair), Serge Maillé (customer support and sales) and Pierre-Yves Morvan (supply chain, purchasing and IS).

Boeing subsidiary Alteon Training has appointed Allen Thompson chief pilot and vice-president of flight operations. Pemco World Air Services has named Kevin Casey president and Patrick Stewart chief operating officer.

Sita executive Moshe Levertov will succeed Bob McNair as Oneworld alliance vice-president for IT and cost reduction.
