Amerer Air has taken delivery of its first BAe 146QT freighter. The ex-Flybe aircraft (G-JEAJ) was the first 146 to undergo cargo conversion by Aerostar in Bacau, Romania following BAE Systems' resurrection of the programme earlier this year. The aircraft was flown to Southend in the UK for painting by Air Livery and pre-delivery work by Inflite Engineering. Lintz, Austria-based Amerer, which operates a night-time cargo service, also flies one Fokker F27 freighter.
