ExecuJet Aviation is expanding its completions portfolio with its first foray into widebody business jets. The ompany says it plans to add the Airbus Corporate Jetliner and Boeing Business Jet to its primarily Bombardier business jets-based completions offering and will open a new customer showroom in the fourth quarter at its Zurich, Switzerland headquarters.

"The expansion of our interiors and completions business is mirroring the growth of activity, not just from new-build aircraft deliveries, but increasingly in response to rejuvenated interest to create new looks for pre-owned aircraft," says ExecuJet's head of completions Pascal Jallier.

ExecuJet says key growth regions include Australia, the Asia-Pacific and Middle East - where demand for mid-size business jets is particularly strong, "Russia is another strong market accounting for 40% of ExecuJet's activity right now," says Jallier.

To date ExecuJet's completions division has handled about 26 design and completion projects. ExecuJet already has requests for proposals for ACJ and BBJ work, it says and has been approached to undertake cabin interior work on the Bombardier CRJ200, Dornier 328JET and Fokker 100 regional airliners.
