NBAA 2008: Elliott launches upgrade scheme with King Air avionics suite

Elliott Aviation (Booth 2932) has launched its ‘Upgrade with the Elliott Experts’ campaign here at NBAA to promote awareness of services for owners of turbine aircraft.
The company intends to become the first authorized dealer to install a Garmin G1000 avionics suite into the Hawker Beechcraft King Air B200 series, and has an example on the static display.

“We’re excited about the range of new solutions our team of experts is creating for owners of turbine aircraft,” says chief executive Wynn Elliott. “Our new ‘Upgrade’ campaign is designed to spotlight our complete range of services that help owners enhance the value and extend the useful lives of their aircraft.”

Added to the G1000 retrofits the company has also installed its ‘elite series’ cockpit in a Super King Air 350 and this installation combines Elliott’s RVSM with Universal’s EFI-890R, creating a cost-effective solution for King Air owners seeking RVSM and an all-glass cockpit. Elliott Aviation holds STCs for its elite series cockpit on Dassault Falcon 10/100, Cessna Citation 650 and Citation 500/550 aircraft.

And the company’s interiors team has achieved an STC for its custom-designed medical stretcher base as part of an air ambulance interior the company installed in a Beechjet 400A aircraft for Birmingham, Alabama-based AirMed International.
