UK business aviation services provider Ocean Sky is opening a new fixed-base operation at London Luton airport in April in competition with existing FBO providers, Signature Flight Support and Harrods Aviation. The move is part of Ocean Sky's strategy to expand its portfolio of companies and services internationally. This month Ocean Sky will open a new FBO in Stockholm, Sweden and has another in a "key European location" by the end of the third quarter. The London-based company also has FBOs in Prestwick, Scotland and in Manchester.
