Quest Aircraft has received production certification from the US Federal Aviation Administration for the Kodiak single-engine turboprop. The approval paves the way for the Sanpoint, Idaho-based airframer to issue airworthiness approval for each of the 10-seat utility aircraft it manufacturers. Quest has delivered 21 Kodiaks since the first aircraft entered service two years ago and is producing three a month - up from only one at the beginning of this year and one every two months this time last year.
