EC reviews SkyTeam pact
European Commission (EC) regulators moved to delay antitrust immunity for several SkyTeam allies. The EC, which has reviewed the alliance since it was formed in 2000, said closer co-operation among Air France/KLM, Alitalia, CSA Czech Airlines, and their overseas partners Korean Air, Delta and Northwest airlines could have a negative effect on competition.
