A massed formation of nine Eurofighter Typhoons is shown flying over Royal Air Force Coningsby in the UK earlier this month. The single-seat aircraft were drawn from the service's 3, 17 and 29 squadrons, all of which operate from the Lincolnshire base. The RAF has so far received 33 of a planned 232 Typhoons.
