Flight International issue 19 - 26 May

Last week the Flightglobal team jetted off to sunny Geneva for Europe's biggest business aviation show EBACE. Take a look at our EBACE page for the big news from the industry, including Boeing's partnership with Greenpoint Technologies to offer sleeper berths and lounges for 747-8 VIP operators and announcing orders to outfit four aircraft.

And despite the global recession, exhibitors were, on the whole, optimistic that recovery is on the way. See our increasing collection of business aircraft videos including the Boeing Business Jet, three Dassault aircraft including the 7X with an interior designed by BMW Group DesignWorksUSA.

Boeing rolled out its second 787 test aircraft painted in ANA livery. Take a look at a gallery on AirSpace for more images plus read Asian Skies' and FlightBlogger's posts on the event which also includes a video of it slowly backing out of the hangar in Seattle.

See a picture of the Airbus A350 galley layout and there's a great image of a Fokker 50 on final approach added to AirSpace user commercialaviation's  gallery. Watch a video of the evacuation of the Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 which suffered a landing-gear fire at Houston airport last week.

Week on the Web is also available as an audio podcast on AirSpace and iTunes.
