Kharkov’s state aircraft manufacturing company is pictured transferring this Antonov An-140 fuselage, via the hold of an An-22 freighter, to Isfahan in Iran where the turboprops are built under licence as the IrAn-140.
Iranian manufacturer HESA and Antonov agreed to extend their partnership this year to cover the newest version of the 52-seat aircraft, the An-140-100. A supplementary agreement signed in September 2007 will hand 16 An-140-100 sets to HESA
