I fly a Beaver all summer in northern Ontario Canada. How can I get a job flying in the tropics in the winter months??

I fly a completely stock beaver on whipline amphibs in Atlantic Beach Florida year round, Im interested in the mods on this beaver. Whats up with the 4 fences on the wings and the lack of additional underbelly ventral fin that is commonly seen on all beavers with floats?
