All that money to build an over-priced, unsafe copy of a 150?

I was so disapointed. We will see the develoopment and tests of this new one.

This is not a copy of the 150/152 - you can actually get two people in this AND carry out instruction!
The cabin width is equivalent to the 206.
This isn't the first time that Cessna has changed designs in the testing process. Also remember that the C441 had to have the Hor Stab redesigned after accidents in service.
I think the C162 has the capability to generate significant interest in GA by being able to be operated in the LSA category.

The new piston-engined Cessna singles have greatly surprised me. For a relatively long time, the most familiar ones, at least to me, have been the 182, 172 and 150 which were the ones I usually flew here in Argentina. To see those low-winged products that are the 350 and 400 gave me evidence that the great Wichitan creator is always ready to renew its superb fleet. The Skycatcher looks really cute and made right for fun. I strongly hope Cessna will allow it to do so.
Obs. the Cessna 182 and 150 were built under license in our former FMA (Fábrica Militar de Aviones) settled in my native city of Córdoba
