Price-fixing probe gets personal

According to reports, up to 10 British Airways executives could be named in court in the US over the price-fixing affair involving BA and Virgin Atlantic.

Whatever job you do this is a nightmare senario - being cited in court over your day-to-day job.

Executives from carriers involved in that other price-fixing investigation - into air cargo surcharges - will be watching closely to see how this case runs. The last thing anybody wants is their day in court.

The price-fixing saga is going to run and run.
