picking up himself his AIR HOSTESSES,I personally think he is right in doing so,as it is his own carrier, but by saying that his Air Hostesses are much pretier than B.A. is wrong because BEAUTY does not count
where compertition is concerned but IN-FLIGHT SERVICES is more important than BEAUTY.Customers are more concerned how they are assisted and treated in an AIRCRAFT and most of them do not FOCUS on BEAUTY, as the CUSTOMER is a paying MASTER and would like to get what he has paid that is SERVICES and FOOD served in an AIRCRAFT rather than BEAUTY.Mr.Mallya should not forget when there is tough compertition in the AIRLINE INDUSTRY,he should also
focus on CUSTOMER-SERVICES,STABLE-DEVELOPMENT and SECURITY rather than BEAUTY.
I am sure you are right in saying that beauty in itself does not count Prosper, but I suspect that for some it HELPS in no small measure
If I had my own money in an airline, I will pick the hostesses.
And I would make sure that each one of them says to the other that she is prettier.
