interest post and timely for me, just 3 weeks back a customer had experienced a similar situation. he was later told that the airline company cannot honor the airfare, to which he questioned if this was something he could pursue in courts. since the amount involved was under $2,000 he decided to file an airline complaint in local small claims court using the sue the airline guide. i will come back and update this blog for the results once i find out the outcome.
