During his annual state-of-the-state press briefing at Heli-Expo in Orlando today, Sikorsky president Jeff Pino provided a glimpse into some of the research and development projects in works at the company, including the X2, optionally manned helicopter avionics and active rotor flap systems that will likely replace swashplates one day.
