Chaos reigned in Indian airports as Jet Airways pilots went on strike yesterday and today, with the airline and union representatives blame each other for the action that left thousands stranded.
Jet Airways chairman Naresh Goyal threatens to even shut down the airline if the action continues, and the situation is just another chapter in what has been a horrible year for the Indian airline industry. And it looks like it will be a long time before the situation returns to normal in the country.

These pilots are being like sizzy's. Why are they ruining the reputation of such a world class carrier that has served the Indian customer for close to 20 years. Especially at a time when these guys have got international acclaim especially across the world. I support Jet's stance & the NAG does not need to make a big deal of these 2 senior pilots. I am sure these chaps have made the mullah in their time & because of their drama, other people are suffering, including the company. Utter nonsense !!!!

Well, the whole thing has been blown out of proportion. And I think this is just a time when both parties should have simply sat down and talked a bit more. The results have been devastating throughout India!
