Why Ank Air should really have thought harder about their logo

If you’re Turkey’s World Focus Airlines and you are going to rebrand your company to a name like ‘Ank Air’, you maybe should give the logo design a little more thought:

Can you think of anymore stupid rebranding exercises. Have your say on AirSpace

A certain (now extinct) American computer company planned to promote their on-site maintenance support service to customers in Europe (including, of course, the UK) with the slogan “Wang cares.”

This did not happen. Shame, I would totally have worn the T-shirt.

… except that Ank Air don’t seem to have anything to do with World Focus Airlines – there’s certainly no mention of Ank Air on the URL you linked to.
There’s a Hungarian company called Ank Air at http://www.ank-air.hu but the new logo doesn’t appear on their web site either..

Not that it matters much now, since they’ve stopped operating, but the company was called “Anka Air”, the a’s overlapped.
