Flight in DC-3

I was lucky enough to take a flight in Douglas DC-3 Dakota on Wednesday over the skies of Coventry.


I had never flown in such an old aircraft. You could see all the nuts and bolts and the frame of the fuselage. And it was a walk steep up hill to get to my seat.

I was seated at the right hand side of the aircraft and out of the window flying alongside us was a Beechcraft 18 which had crew from the BBC
