Here is UK company Reaction Engines’ animation of its A2 hypersonic airliner concept that would fly at Mach 5.

    Looks like maybe a Snark missile or Navajo crossed with a B-58 (wings clipped), with some genetic material from early NASP concepts. A little X-43 thrown in for good measure. Canards a little more swept than the XB-70.

    Great looking aircraft, all of them. Just thinking you might want to start with something not quite in the size range of twice as long as an A380…
