Flight attendants to land aircraft in emergency

Ryaniar chief executive Michael O’Leary is making headlines again with another money saving tip to rid the flight deck of co-pilots and has and suggested that air stewardesses could land aircraft in an emergency.

O’Leary made the suggestions during a Bloomberg BusinessWeek magazine interview.

    I think Ryan Air should find it self a new CEO as this one might be on the way to the looney bin. Last month it was the stand up seating idea and this week it’s getting rid of the co-pilot. I wonder how much money Ryan Air would save by getting rid of their crack pot CEO?
