Watching Felix Baumgartner jump from space

When writing these lines, we are holding our breath waiting for Felix Baumgartner space jump.

The Austrian adventurer has sky-dived from a number of iconic heights before, from the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur to the statue of Christ Redemeer in Rio de Janeiro, but this time is aiming for something higher: in a stunt sponsored by energy drinks maker Red Bull, he is planning to jump from 120,000 ft. literally at the edge of space, and break the sound barrier along the way.

If he succeeds he will make history but the mission is not without risks.
