Sounds like a great plane.
Exciting, just not exactly groundbreaking; few composites, just well-thought out traditional metal aerodynamics with some high-.mach finessing of junctions and intersections. Good attention to detail, but the real advance will be the new Pratts. Too bad Cessna couldn't have done something really new-tech for their low-end Skycatcher, instead you have metal construction, 50-year-old Continental engine, and only incremental improvements over the 50-year-old Cessna 150 that shares the Skycatcher's powerplant.
Ah, the engineer used the right tense. That he said 'is going to be' saved the day.
We have to live, one might suppose, with the loosened usages of those disciplines who are removed from direct technical involvement.
