Ground Force One

Ground Force One, originally uploaded by flightblogger.

Ground Force One w/ MA plates parked on Pennsylvania Ave. this
morning. Go figure. I wonder if it has anything to do with President-
elect Obama's visit to DC. I'm skeptical.

This is disrespectful of our current president. Or has Pres. Bush already been thrown out of office by Sen. Obama's terrorist friends already?

This has nothing to do with President Elect Obama's visit. This has been around for a while.

I ask that you exercise some self restrain when posting comments. This is not a political blog.

Thanks,

Jon

It just goes to show that people who think this country would elect a terrorist don't know what they are talking about.

The truth comes from the horse's mouth. McCain's final speech said that we should all work with the president-elect and he wishes Obama the best of luck in office. If the guy attacking Obama says "Hey, it was just politics. I don't really believe he is a socialist, or a terrorist, or a secret Muslim." then it is time to let it go.

It's a two-party system, guys. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

This is actually owned and operated by a company in Stoughton, MA called "Ground Force One Motor Coach Service" which operates it on a charter basis. I'm not sure if they have more than one bus painted up like this, but other searches online mention its' popularity for taking large groups to a ball game, employee outings, etc.

I've seen one locally here on Cape Cod in Hyannis before. Cool looking bus, but I have to wonder about the legality of using the Presidential seal on a non-Presidential vehicle. Maybe it's just a similar-looking logo?
