I don't think the APU is run indoors, but it's definitely on Ext.Pwr. I think they left that on to tease all of us.
Maybe they have a night crew doing more tests to get her ready sooner. :)

While inside the factory, the airplane runs strictly on ground power. Fuel never enters the factory, inside an airplane or otherwise.
The excitement is palpable. Not really.

I wanted to believe that the APU was spinning.

Any idea what the blue tape around the windows is there for? Looks as if some last minute QA work might still be going on?
