Flight´s concept Crew Space Transportation System image

We decided to have a bit of fun following the announcement that Crew Space Transportation System (CSTS) would be a conical Apollo-like capsule and European Space Agency Automated Transfer Vehicle derived service module. The picture shows the Apollo command module resized to fit a cutback image of ESA´s ATV with its solar panels folded away. On Monday my article for Flight International magazine about CSTS with more details than those already revealed on Hyperbola should be up on flightglobal.com - so watch that space
