It must have been an enormous challenge given the 5 years since the last engine firing. The missing story is the one about the nitrous oxide explosions being fixed & the final fuel being selected.

Fixed? I guess you mean some sort of redesign to stop that happening. The evidence from the official investigation actually pointed too a straight forward situation where preparartions had not been carried out corectly leading to condtons whereby the nitrous oxide would become explosive. Pretty lame that they purposely cut the sound during the control room bits. Can't imagine anything too top secret was going on exactly then...
