Surprised to not see any Abu Dhabi representatives in the video, since the UAE taxpayers now own 1/3 of the operation if not all of it.

Actually, it's VSS Enterprise. VMS=Virgin Mother Ship, which is what Eve is, and VSS=Virgin Space Ship.
