the "new plan" is WRONG (exactly like the old one!) since HEAVILY INFLUENCED by the WRONG Augustine Commission's Report that believes in a "commercial space" able to replace soon the Space Shuttle!

Sounds like NASA is free to do whatever it wants & since Bolden is the 1 pushing for basic science not Ohama, congress isn't really stopping him although it will reduce his budget.
